The following provisions apply to Rutenrohr.eu (hereinafter referred to as Rutenrohr.eu):
All product names are the property of their respective manufacturers or of Rutenrohr.eu. Product images are sometimes for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the ordered or delivered products.
Color variations from the illustrations are possible.
All offers from Rutenrohr.eu are non-binding. Customer orders can be placed by mail, verbally, or via informal email; in the latter case, email orders are valid even without a signature.
1. Orders
Orders from the online shop can be placed via the internet, email, or telephone. Order confirmations are sent by email or telephone. Variations in color, material, and shape, while maintaining the overall impression, are not considered manufacturing defects and may occur. Slight variations in color and shape compared to the image may also occur with orders of handcrafted rods or components, while maintaining the overall impression.
2. Delivery times
We ship your items as quickly as possible. Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days after receipt of your order. If an item is not in stock or delivery is delayed, we will inform you by email or telephone. Deliveries from Rutenrohr.eu are always subject to the condition that Rutenrohr.eu receives full and timely delivery from its own suppliers and is not responsible for the item's unavailability. Rutenrohr.eu reserves the right to split deliveries into partial shipments if individual items are missing. Claims for damages are excluded unless there is gross negligence or intent on the part of MB Custom Rods. If a specific item or replacement item is unavailable, Rutenrohr.eu is entitled to refuse delivery. Rutenrohr.eu will inform the buyer of the unavailability without delay.
3. Shipping / Payments
Shipping is generally via DHL as an insured parcel. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. Rutenrohr.eu retains ownership of the purchased goods until the customer has paid the purchase price for the goods and all other items from the same order in full. Rutenrohr.eu generally only ships after advance payment by the customer. Payment must be made in euros (€). All prices are final prices including VAT applicable at the time of purchase. Payment can be made via Shopify Payments, bank transfer, direct debit, PayPal, or cash on delivery.
4. Warranty / Returns
The warranty is governed by statutory regulations, unless otherwise stipulated below. If a defect occurs in the purchased item within the warranty period, the customer may initially only demand repair. If a second repair attempt fails or if repair is no longer reasonable for the customer, they may, at their discretion, demand rescission of the purchase agreement or a reduction in the purchase price.
The customer has the right to return the delivered goods to us within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The cancellation must be communicated to us verbally or in writing. The purchase contract is thereby cancelled, and we will refund the full purchase price. For used items, items that are not properly packaged, or items without original packaging, we reserve the right to charge a partial payment. Timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline. Fly lines can only be exchanged if the seal is intact, except in cases of material or manufacturing defects.
4.1 Returns
We reserve the right to refuse a voluntary refund of postage costs.
You are responsible for the regular return shipping costs if the delivered goods match the order but you do not like them.
"The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods if the trader has informed the consumer of this obligation in accordance with Article 246a § 1 paragraph 2 sentence 1 number 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code. "
For returns/partial returns where the invoice amount falls below the free shipping threshold, we will invoice the applicable shipping costs.
5. Data storage / data protection
In accordance with Section 28 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), we hereby inform you that the data necessary for processing your order will be processed and stored electronically in accordance with Section 33 of the BDSG. All personal data collected from customers will, of course, be treated confidentially. The necessary data will only be shared with third parties for the purpose of order processing (payment, shipping). You can request information about the data stored about you free of charge at any time. To do so, please send an email to info@rutenrohr.eu. For data protection reasons, replies can only be sent to the email address we have on file for you.
6. Instructions for returning packaging
In accordance with the regulations of the Packaging Ordinance, we are obliged to take back packaging of our products that does not bear the symbol of a nationwide disposal system (such as the "Green Dot" of Duales System Deutschland AG or the "RESY" symbol) and to ensure its reuse or disposal.

We will then provide you with the address of a local collection point or waste disposal company in your area that will accept the packaging free of charge. If this is not possible, you can send the packaging to us free of charge.

We reuse the packaging or dispose of it in accordance with the provisions of the Packaging Ordinance.
7. Shipping costs
Unless otherwise stated, a flat shipping fee of €7.99 applies to standard shipments within Germany up to €149 when paying by direct debit, prepayment or PayPal.
Minimum order value: €29.00
For deliveries outside of Germany, we charge the actual postage costs incurred.
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €149 when paying by bank transfer or PayPal. (Excludes promotional offers)
Environmental protection is important to us, which is why Rutenrohr.eu no longer sends invoices in paper form.
All invoices will be sent via email to the address provided. If you would like a printed invoice, please inform us when placing your order.
