When will I receive my order?
We always strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are typically 1-2 business days within Germany. Within the EU, delivery times vary between 2 and 5 days.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the shipping price before purchasing. Within Germany, we ship for €7.99 via DHL. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €149.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured and sourced both within the EU and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure that our products are of high quality and offered at a fair price.
What are the return conditions?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know and we will do our best to find a solution together. Return shipping costs for items under €149 are the responsibility of the buyer.
