Access data and hosting

You can visit my website without providing any personal information. Each time the website is accessed, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains information such as the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the access.

This access data is evaluated solely for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the website and improving our services. This serves our legitimate interests, which, in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, override any conflicting interests, in ensuring the correct presentation of our services. This serves our legitimate interest in the correct presentation of our offerings, which outweighs any conflicting interests. All data collected through the use of this website or via forms provided for this purpose, as described below, is processed on their servers. Processing on other servers only takes place within the scope described herein.

This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Data collection and use for contract processing

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us in connection with your order or when contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email). Required fields are marked as such, as we need this data to process your order or your inquiry, and you cannot complete your order or send your inquiry without providing it. The specific data collected is evident from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter b of the GDPR for contract processing and handling your inquiries. After complete contract fulfillment, your data will be restricted from further processing and deleted after the statutory retention periods under tax and commercial law have expired, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data beyond this scope, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement.

Comments and posts

When users leave comments or other contributions, their IP addresses are stored for 7 days based on our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. This is done for our security in case someone leaves unlawful content in comments and contributions (insults, prohibited political propaganda, etc.). In this case, we ourselves could be held liable for the comment or contribution and are therefore interested in the author's identity.

Online presence on social media

We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms to communicate with customers, prospects and users active there and to inform you about our services.

Please note that user data may be processed outside the European Union. This may pose risks for users, as it could, for example, make it more difficult to enforce their rights. With regard to US providers certified under the Privacy Shield, we would like to point out that they are thereby obligated to comply with EU data protection standards.

Furthermore, user data is generally processed for market research and advertising purposes. For example, user profiles can be created based on usage patterns and the resulting user interests. Integration of third-party services and content

Within our online services, we use content or service offerings from third-party providers based on our legitimate interests (i.e., interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online services within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR) in order to integrate their content and services, such as videos or fonts (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Content”).

This always requires that the third-party providers of this content are aware of the users' IP addresses, as they could not send the content to their browsers without them. The IP address is therefore necessary for displaying this content. We strive to use only content from providers who use the IP address solely for delivering the content. Third-party providers may also use so-called pixel tags (invisible graphics, also known as "web beacons") for statistical or marketing purposes.

Pixel tags allow us to analyze information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website. This pseudonymized information can also be stored in cookies on users' devices and may include, among other things, technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, visit times, and other details about the use of our online services, as well as be combined with such information from other sources.

Using YouTube videos

This website uses the YouTube embedding function to display and play videos from the provider "YouTube", which belongs to Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

This uses enhanced privacy mode, which, according to the provider, only initiates the storage of user information when the video(s) are played. When embedded YouTube videos are played, the provider "YouTube" sets cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to YouTube, this information is used, among other things, to collect video statistics, improve user-friendliness, and prevent misuse. If you are logged into Google, your data will be directly associated with your account when you click on a video.
